We use the following criteria for supplier selection:

Value for money
Lead times
Good reputation
Adequate production capacities
Previous contracts with mining companies.

Registration Form

This information is required for evaluation of any Requests for Proposals previously submitted to potential suppliers of AAEngineering Group.

The form may be sent via e-mail or submitted at AAEngineering Group’s website.

Company Name

Please describe your principal activities in greater detail

Company’s complete legal and postal address, including the postal code and country, and the addresses of your local branches

BIN

State Licenses and/or Permits of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the goods, works and services provided (when applicable), including Appendices

VAT registration number, if the Company is a VAT payer

Contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail, contact person and their position)

Bank Name, Bank’s complete address and location, SWIFT

Company’s A/C Number (for invoices in KZT and other currencies)

List of all Shareholders (with full names) and data on their individual participating interests in your company, citizenship / nationality and current residence

Kazakhstani content, % (with clarifications if necessary)

Information on ownership rights with foreign participation (please attach information about the owners, including the latest shareholder’s country of origin)

Balance sheets or consolidated financial statements (including all affiliates) for the last two financial years.

Company expertise: list goods, materials and equipment supply contracts completed within the last five (5) years

Annual amount of insurance payments

Payment amounts for each insurance claim

Please state the number of full-time employees in your company? Attach CVs of three (3) key employees.

Provide letters of recommendation or the list of current supply customers

Do you have dealer authorization letters, certificates, authorization letters from manufacturers, or other approvals to make deliveries?

Are there manufacturing bases and/or warehouses available for you? If available, provide the confirming documentation.

What equipment does your company own or rent? If available, please provide the confirming documentation.
