New enterprise corporation "Kazahmys" releasero first ready production – copper concentrate – with content 19,28%.

Currently, further work is being carried out at the factory to set up technological processes with the parallel release of the finished concentrate. It is planned to reach the design capacity of the enterprise by the end of October this year. The Shatyrkul processing plant will process up to 1.2 million tons of ore per year at the Shatyrkul and Zhaysan fields. The new enterprise in the Shusky district of Zhambyl region is designed for 347 jobs. 

Recall that in mid-June, the Shatyrkul processing plant was visited by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov. The presentation of the new event was held by the Head of Government, Chairman of the Board of the Kazakhmys Corporation Nurakhmet Nuriyev. The facilities of the factory include a crushing and screening complex, the main building, an ABC, a dormitory, a canteen, a fire station, a laboratory, a mechanical repair workshop, a tailings dump, warehouses of goods and other. Flotation technology, one of the most harmless copper ore processing technologies in the world, will be used in the production. 

Dust collection will be carried out using state-of-the-art aspiration systems with an efficiency factor of 99%, in addition, a significant reduction in dust on the roads is expected due to a decrease in the volume of transportation of products, and the nearest settlements are located outside the zone of impact of enterprises, at a distance of more than 20 km.
